What do your services include?

We have a package for every occasion! Packages include the mobile bar trailer, licensed bartenders, menu planning consultation, free tasting, alcohol pickup, set up and take down, Liquor Liability and General Insurance, ice, disposable drinkware, napkins, and syrups and garnishes.

What are your payment and refund policies?

We require a 20% non- refundable initial payment to reserve your date and the rest of the balance is due within 3 days post event.

Do you do non- alcoholic events?

Absolutely! We can discuss options in our initial meeting to see what type of vibe you are going for.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have General Liability insurance. We also have our liquor licenses and catering license.

How far do you travel?

We travel within 30 miles of our home base, Vancouver, Wa. Anything outside of that distance will be charged $1.50 per mile.

Is alcohol included in the packages?

Thirsty Trails is a Bring Your Own alcohol service. Unfortunately, due to Washington State laws, we are unable to provide the alcohol for your event. However, we will set up a consultation to develop a unique menu for your special occasion! We will be able to provide you with a necessary amount of alcohol that will be needed based off the number of guests. Let us also handle the headache and we will pick up your order prior to your event!
